Booking Terms

These terms summarize how direct reservations are requested, reviewed, paid, and confirmed through Rich-Bridge Hotel.

Rates And Availability

Rates are displayed in Nigerian naira and may change by date, room type, availability, promotion, or direct hotel approval. A booking is confirmed after successful payment and reservation validation.

Check-In And Check-Out

Check-in begins from 1:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may require hotel approval.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Paystack. A payment reference is created for each booking attempt and verified before the reservation is marked as paid.

Changes And Cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact the hotel as early as possible. Any refund, date change, or room change is handled according to the booking conditions confirmed by the hotel.
